Client Insight Lead
The Client Insight Lead is at the center of every Eigenworks client engagement. They develop research strategies, conduct buyer interviews, and present actionable findings to the client. They are responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring the delivery team meets or exceeds expectations on time and within budget.
Our Client Insight Leads have a minimum of five years experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business consulting. Experience in win/loss analysis is an asset. A master’s degree is preferred.
Buyer Intelligence Analyst
Full-time, Part-time, Contract
The Buyer Intelligence Analyst helps set the foundation of client insights elicited from our buyer conversations. Their primary goal is to relay the voice of the buyer to Eigenworks’ clients. Using data to tell a story, Analysts produce detailed yet compelling coded reports of buyer decision making.
Our Buyer Intelligence Analysts have bachelor’s degrees in marketing, communications, psychology, business, or a related discipline, and two to five years experience in a similar role. Background in sales or marketing is an asset.
